Post migration connectivity checkpoints and troubleshooting before contacting Ruckus Support:
Connect laptop to a switch and same subnet as APs. Ping device.asia.ruckus.cloud, and please check if the resolved IP is in range: 126.96.36.199 through 188.8.131.52.
If the resolved IP is outside the mentioned range (184.108.40.206 through 220.127.116.11), make sure to flush DNS cached entries from DNS server. Now try to resolve “device.asia.ruckus.cloud” and validate that IP resolution is within the specified IP range.
