ICX 7150-C12P power failure

ICX 7150-C12P power failure. Single flash of lights when plugged in, no response after. Tested outlet, power cable, multiple reset and hard reset. No success. No recent power issues at the wall, all other equipment in cabinet tested without problems....

Internet going in and out

my Internet keeps going in and out, and I’m not able to login to the Unleashed portal to look at it because I was never able to set up a password or user ID with it saying that it had already been set up with the previous owners at the house
