RKS_TX_VAP visible SSID

Hey all,I have a single R770 running 200.19.7.11.283. I have noticed that it broadcasting "RKS_TX_VAP" as an SSID. I have not configured this SSID and I also do not have mesh enabled. I do not know why it is broadcast. Is this a bug?
