WPA3 Authentication issue on ZD 1200

Hi,I found option to enable WPA3 on Ruckus ZD1200, but even after my many try users are not authenticated.Many EAP packets are passed but in last I'm getting error: Radius Acces Reject.Is there any solution to make WPA3 Auth work on ZD-1200.Thanks,
