I need to recover R-1 MSP licenses from former client

I have a client that has ended our MSP relationship. I have assigned licenses to their Venue that I need to pull back into my MSP pool as there is much time still on them (3+ years). What is the proper way to do this?

R650 speed test: speedflex get a low downlink speed.

I use speedflex to test my ap, uplink speed is more than 1000Mbps, but downlink speed is less than 200Mbps, what is the reason? should I use another speed test tool?
