ICX7150-C12 recommended firmware

I am currently running 08.0.95d on my ICX7150-C12.  I noticed a major firmware update was recently released (09.0.10).Is it advisable to upgrade the switch to the latest release?  In the upgrade release notes the recommended firmware is still 08.0.95...
