Ruckus AP and Ruckus Switch no light

Hello
Ruckus APs have no light.  The switch also have no light.
I followed instructions here - https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Lennar-home-slow-wifi/m-p/48... and couldn't find Ruckus in the IP scanner.

I also followed instructions here and I don't have any lights on my Ruckus switch.

Hope you are doing well! 

1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?

2-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source to discard any issue with the power outlet.

Once you confirm this let us know you can also send us a photo/picture

There is no light as you can see in the attached screenshot. I confirmed that the power outlet is healthy

Thanks the unit seems to be totally dead based on the troubleshooting done. 

This unit Should be RMA  ( return merchandise authorization ) in simple words replace it.
