Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that the Ruckus Switch is not turning on even after multiple resets.

Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.

Please refer to the below pictures as an example.

Hello,

I tried a reset now and I just got lucky. The blinking lights on the switch stopped and turned solid green. It works now. Thanks again for reaching out to support.

I am having the exact same issue as @charanrajan.  I have tried resetting, another power supply, different outlets and nothing is turning it on.  It flashes green once and that is it.  I have been in my Lennar home since 2018 and I am starting to read several posts with this same issue.  Is it time to replace?  Thanks
