Switch will not boot. Only the green power led and the amber syst led are on. Will not power ethernet ports

From the case description, I understand that the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green which means that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.

Thank you for your help. The document worked. It is working now. Also, can you tell me what the default user name and password is now? I tried to putty back into the console and its prompting for credentials.
