Resolved! Not able to setup Ruckus

Since lennar installed it, it never worked but I need to get better connection. They did not configure it at all. The guy from spectrum came and he said it's not working either. We tried every possible way to configure it. Here's what's happeningfull...

R510 not working

My R510 is not working and I've tried resetting and other suggestions from the many posts with the same issue.  No suggestions are fixing the problem.  This is the 2nd time for this issue and is frustrating it keeps happening.  How do I get my Ruckus...
