My switch will not boot up

I am a lennar home owner with a Ruckus ICX 7150-c12p that is stuck in boot mode.  I have tried factory rest with paper clip and unresponsive with syst light amber.  Can I send this in for repair?

Hello, I had stopped working on it as I was able to just have it operational. I am once again trying to update the firmware after a power outage and cannot seem to update to current ufi firmware.
