ICX 7150 no power issue

Miketallica

Hello, as I got home today I noticed the lights were all off in my AP. No storms no known power surges to the home and the switch is plugged into a surge protector also. I went to the smart closet to check the power for the switch. All lights were off, so I unplugged the power cord for 1-2 minutes then plugged it back in and walked out waited approximately 15 mins and still no lights came on in the AP. Checked the forum for suggestions I tried a different outlet different power cord, tried to reset the switch with the reset button held down then plugged the switch in and released the button after all light flashed once. But that’s it the lights all flashed once quickly (amber) and then no power. Wondering what my next steps might be.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. You confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
