After two times of what I thought was a successful firmware update the router is hung again! Please see earlier posts for model info. Need help to upgrade firmware yet another time through USB. Or need help replacing the router!
This is extremely frustrating and unsafe! Help needed! Both APs are not getting a signal from Ruckus. Ring bell doesn’t have power. Saw some posts of complicated resets. Can someone please respond asap!
It suddenly resolved after a few tries of reboot. this is unacceptable situation; the product is unreliable and customers end up spending so much time on resolving. Next incident of issues, I would like to request a replacement as a solution.
