There is a known bug where this error will be prompted when trying to upgrade out of version 5.2.2.0.1562:

"Current System cannot be upgraded. Reason: Please contact Support team for assistance. "

There is a fix for this bug already. You can download the patch.ksp here.

Refer below to the instructions to apply this patch:

1. Download the patch to the computer that you are using to access the controller's web interface.
2. Log on to the SmartZone web interface.
3. Create a cluster backup. (This will be your rollback point in case you need to restore the cluster to its previous point)
         a. On the 5.2.2 web interface, go to Administration > Backup&Cluster > Cluster tab.
         b. Click on Back Up Entire Cluster to create a new cluster backup.
4. Upload this controller patch to all nodes in the cluster.
         a. Go to Diagnostics > Scripts > Patch/Diagnostics Scripts
         b. Make sure the toggle 'Upload to the current node' is set to OFF.
         c. Click on Browse and go to the location where you saved this patch.
         d. Click Open.
         e. On the Patch/Diagnostics Scripts tab, click Upload. After the patch file is uploaded, it will appear in section                 'System Uploaded Patch Scripts'.
5. Connect through SSH to one SmartZone controller Command Line Interface.
6. Apply the patch in this node with the below set of commands:

LAB-SZ100> ena
