Hi , Does the roaming between SSID configured in Cisco WLC to another SSID configured in Ruckus SZ keep the session running without any disconnection observed by client ?? or there will be quick de-association/ association process has to run ??

Resolved! Power outage, access points not working

Had a power outage and even got a new modem and wireless router from ISP, tried to reset switch and now I have no lights on access points... please someone help..im also not able to log into the app.

Not working

Hello my ruckus is not working properly. When connected to the Verizon Fios router directly I have internet connection However when connecting to the ruckus access points it is not working.

No power to access points on ceiling

About once every quarter my access points go off. Idk what it’s called but the “central hub” has green lights under “power” and “system”the lights to where the WAPs connect to the hub aren’t flashing any color. Even after unplugging and plugging them...
