Hello my ruckus is not working properly. When connected to the Verizon Fios router directly I have internet connection However when connecting to the ruckus access points it is not working.
About once every quarter my access points go off. Idk what it’s called but the “central hub” has green lights under “power” and “system”the lights to where the WAPs connect to the hub aren’t flashing any color. Even after unplugging and plugging them...

Hello Group, I have an S500 and have performed the master reset on the device. Should I not see the configureme.... wifi network from the device? I dont see that network. What else could I be doing wrong. Thank you in advance SF
