Ruckus R510 reset password not working

Hello, I've recently reset a ZoneFlex R510, the network is appearing but the default password isn't working so I cannot access it, how do I fix this?

Hi,

Post reset, is the AP joining a SmartZone, ZoneDirector, Unleashed or RuckusOne/ Cloud controller ?

The default username and password for a Ruckus AP is "super" and "sp-admin" respectively. 

It's only asking for a password and the given one doesn't work, I was just going to connect directly via ethernet to my phone to run th app, would that work? I can't actually join the intranet it's setup.
