After two times of what I thought was a successful firmware update the router is hung again! Please see earlier posts for model info. Need help to upgrade firmware yet another time through USB. Or need help replacing the router!

Yesterday my power went out for approximately 10 seconds. A couple of hours later all of a sudden my wifi stopped working. I have reset my modem, my router, and my ruckus device at least 5 times total. My process has been this:Unplug Ruckus device......
Ruckus APs are connected, but no internet. ISP wireless have been tested and is working fine. ICX Switch i sin Disconnected status, with status 'ICX Switch is Pending to join' with no IP.
