Received the new switch

Hello, I received my new switch and and plug it in and is not connected. I have little but no internet in the house. I went to the unleashed app and try to rest and the new switch is not showing in the app. Please advised?Thank you,

Accessing the ICX7150 Switch

Hello,My switch stopped sending power to my access ports and now I’m trying to access the switch but do not have the login for it. I’ve tried using the Usbc and Ethernet console port and neither would return the switch interface. Please help.
