ICX-7150 Not Working

My ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working and stop sending power to the APs. We have rebooted it several times, restarted the program, connected our phone to restart the program-and still, no lights are flashing! We need a new product ASAP!

installer/tech list

I bought a resale. Need to connect the system with my new router.Original owner said he deleted his account. Is there a list of tech or installers that would come out to the house and take care of this?I am in Venice,Florida.Thanks!Ron

Lennar named wifi networks are not showing up

I am trying to connect to the Ruckus R320 and I do not see the Configure.me or the Lennar wifi networks available to connect to. I have unplugged and replugged in the power box in the laundry room. Two green lights are showing up at the Access Points...
