Power outage issues

We experienced multiple power outages and now the Ruckus is not responding. It has power and I have reset multiple times, yet it will not respond. I am also not a real tech person so I do not understand a lot of the verbiage in most of the other post...

Flash Amber lights then Dead. No Power.

Hello. I am a Lennar owner and have been on the community. I found an item which matches my problem exactly. It says I need an RMA and that the unit is dead.  There is no way to connect to it without power. What do I do?  It is a ICX 7150 C12P.
