Ruckus switch not working after power outage

Spent some time on the Ruckus community page and no response to my post below. Just asking of I was Lennar Home.

Hey @Castlcvc 

The reason for the Lennar question is that it is a unique situation from both a support and customer perspective. Generally speaking, our switches are sold to enterprise customers with professional network engineers to manage them. Most Lennar homeowners are not network engineers, so we have crafted step by step procedures for those people. Also, Lennar customers are only supported through this forum. I hope that helps shed some light. I will move this post to the Lennar section as well where there is a dedicated team for these customers.
