After a power outage, my Ruckus router AIR light is not blinking and nor not on. The other lights from the router are on. I have tried numerous attempts to unplug, reset and even disconnect the router from the wall and connect it again. I cannot access my network name that was created for the access point, but i can access the Frontier router. How can I reconnect to my old router name? I am having trouble accessing unleashed as well.
I have a Ruckus R320 Series Unleashed

It can’t read the switch and the internet is spotty. I was able to connect to the access point router and now in unleashes but the picture I showed you does not read the switch.

Hi @Ant
Thanks for your response.
To see the configure.me SSID, we need to perform factory reset of the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

When you say access points cables, are those the ones that go to the living room, bedrooms, etc.? Or just leave the cable on that connects to the access point to the switch?
