All of my WANs disappeared

All of my WANs disappeared and I can't get them back. I have tried factory resetting my ruckus and it won't even do that. The same network appears and when I try to manage it, it says that I am not connected to a ruckus network.

ICX7150 24P Several ports not working.

Hi, I have a ICX7150-24P, that suddenly has a few ports now not working anymore, I think it's a hardware issue. I've reload and reset the switch. As well as factory resetting the switch via CLI over serial. The issue still persists.
