Issue noticed:

When a 3m DAC cable connection is made in 7150 between port 1/3/1 to 2/3/3

The link remains down, and the two switches will not stack with each other.

kba link gives me an "aricle does not exist", even when logged in. perhaps i don't have the right permissions, or perhaps the link has changed.
