Television freeze

I have the RUCKUS wifi extenders for about 4 years.  Currently televisions are freezing and indicating no internet connection.  ISP says router is working good.  All devices are connected to RUCKUS, its about 20 devices. Could this be the problem?  I...

Ruckus switch not working
