Resolved! Unable to boot ICX7150 to Switch Mode

I've had the known issue with a power outage where the ICX-7150 boots into Router mode intead of Switch mode. I've always been able to use the instructions below to get it back into Switch mode, with the intentions of fixing it for good at somepoint....

ICX 7150-C12P Dead/Won't Boot

Hello, I have an ICX-7150-C12P, that has stopped working. When plugged, in all lights flash, for a second then all go away, and none come back on. I have unplugged and plugged into different outlets. Can this be warrantied?
