cannot access dashboard..ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I am new homeowner to existing system... password was left to us by previous owner so we have been using for a year with original setup.I cannot access dashboard from PC or mobile.  I cannot update any firmware because I cannot access dashboard.R510....
