Ruckus not working after power outage. I tried resetting but still not working. Light keep flashing. Please help

There was a short power outage at my home and now my Ruckus switch shows disconnected. I found the other forums showing how to fix the issue but I don't have a Windows computer so I'm unable to download the putty program to fix the routing issue.
