Configure me network is not showing up. Also can’t see the access points in my WiFi settings. The past people that set it up can’t remember the password.
I am reposting the same issue. The device continues to enter boot mode every time we lose power. The last post (Case # 01658639) advised me to reset and try, which I did but again the device entered Boot mode.

My icx 7150-c12p stopped working after power outage . It shows up on the app as disconnected. I click on it and it prompts to login. I use my login and nothing happens! I've had power outages before and it's always been fin this time it's not working...
