Ruckus AIR light does not show or blink - Other Lights show

After a power outage, my Ruckus router AIR light is not blinking and nor not on.  The other lights from the router are on.  I have tried numerous attempts to unplug, reset and even disconnect the router from the wall and connect it again.  I cannot access my network name that was created for the access point, but i can access the Frontier router.  How can I reconnect to my old router name?  I am having trouble accessing unleashed as well.

Please try to access the switch via console using the below guide and share the output of the following commands.

I do not see a "Configer Me" in my wifi once i reset the router.  and I cannot get into my unleashed.

So the Frontier is my internet provider and the DelNetwork was my router username.  The DelNetwork does not work, onlyh the frontier, but its not connecting to my ruckus which is why i am hardwired to this computer to my internet providers box.  yes, i did go to settings and everything is alreayd allowed.

Please confirm whether you have tried accessing the unleashed through web browser or not.

 

If not please try to access the unleashed via web browser and let us know whether you are getting the same error or not.

 

Please try to find the Master IP address of the Access Point and try to check it on a browser.

 

Please refer to the below guide to find the IP address.

Once you find and can log in via the IP Address of the Unleashed Master Access Point, please try the below steps.

1. Make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS Access Point Wi-Fi Network.

2. Click on ‘change login destination’. (Please refer to the below screenshot)

3. Put your Unleashed MASTER Access Point IP Address as ‘Destination IP’ and save it. (Please refer to the below screenshot and 0.0.0.0 is just an example)

4. Now try to log in to Unleashed App using your credentials.

The ICX7150-C12 Router.home ip address does not work in my browser.  it says "site cannot be reached"

I was able to reset the acess point router and log into unleashes and chance my username and password for my wife. However k got this in unleashed:  seems like the switch is trying to connect
