The Cloudpath application on the client device does have troubleshooting capabilities in it.
Use the “Show Log” in the Cloudpath application to provide you with more details about any issues that the user is experiencing while enrolling in the device using Cloudpath application.
- Tap the menu button on the top right of the screen (the three horizontal bars highlighted in the figure)
- Click on “Show log”
We can also make use of the "Show Debug Logs"
- Click on “Copy to clipboard”, save it in a document, and send them to the TAC support.
- You can also select the Email log option to email the logs to you.
- It should be the same for Windows and MAC as well.
NOTE: iOS devices don't use a wizard application to enroll.
