Somewhat Tech Knowledgeable need help setting up Wlan after reset

I had to reset my ruckus router (long story), now I went through the setups to setup my WLAN but now I have to walk upstairs near the AP to connect to the WLAN and it says no internet. I have a AT&T modem, Ruckus Router and two APs. Please help.

Can an R720 run at full power by decreasing antennas on PoE+, and what is the range difference between PoE+ and PoH?
