Ruckus blinking power light

When the power went out last Tuesday we were never able to restore internet. Had our service provider install new modem but ruckus icx switch will not complete the reboot, is not reading the modem. What can I do?

ICX 7150-C12P

Hello - My ICX 7150-C12P has gone completely down. Access points are also down. There are no lights on the unit at all. I tried the factory reset and plugging into different outlets, but unit is still not powering on at all.

AP reset issues

My cable provider recently switched out my modem. I could no longer access my ruckus network. I have attempted to reset my AP 7 times, 5 with the app and 2 with the PC. This last time once I was complete, instead of the network I set up recover.me-01...
