Ruckus Not Working - No Lights

Help connecting internet

We had to upgrade equipment with Spectrum this week and now our internet will not stay connected to our Ruckus in our Lennar home. We had no issues prior to having to switch. What do I need to do?

Rucks ICX 7150-C12P not working

My rucks Router just stop working, there was no power outage when it stopped. The Rucks router is connected to a power strip that shares power with other devices that are powered up. I disconnected and reconnected  the power cable on the Rucks device...
