Ruckus system randomly cycling

My home has  ICX7150-C12-Switch and 2 r510 ap.  The Ruckus system seems to reset randomly.  The ATT fiber router/modem is not as internet is available through ATT.  The switch does not show up in the Unleashed app but the access points do.  I connect...
