So I spent some time reading through the threads about somehow connecting with some terminal software and using a command line to change the mode...
Way too difficult for 98% of the population.
Is there some other way?
I read somewhere else that a factory reset might fix it. Nope, went through that process and the switch keeps dropping out.
Is there a process to have it swapped with a refurbished unit? Anything else?
