Ruckus support for Lennar homes

My ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Stopped working and stop sending power to the APs too. My son-in-law who is an IT tech for 20yrs checked the system, rebooted 3 different times and said unit was “bricked” and to contact the manufacturer for replacement.

Ruckus ICX 7150 C12P switch Issue

My home comes with Ruckus ICX 7150 C12P switch installed. When I hook up my TV and VoIP phone through a hardwired ethernet cable from the switch. The stream in is very slow and good see the latency in the TV and my VoIP phone doesn't work. But, I hoo...
