Thank you for the response, the reset isn't working tried many times to reset the ap and router change.me-xxxx flashing for a seconds when tried to connect it says unable to connect and the last SSID is popping, found out if the unleashed portal username and password are changed then the easy option to change is to get in touch with previous owner and ask them to change to that your name. However this is fixed for me.
