my Ruckus AP 510 not getting powered on

Hi,We changed service provider from xfinity to AT&T and after that our Ruckus is working but Ruckus AP 510 (on first and second floor) is just not getting powered on.Please help to resolve as noone in this world is able to help.Thanks,Jignesh

Resolved! App password reset

I recently changed my Spectrum(Comcast) Modum. However, in the process I lost my access to the Ruckus Mobile App and my admin password no longer works.  What to do next in order to regain access? Wi-fi is working. Access to app is not.
