Resolved! App password reset

I recently changed my Spectrum(Comcast) Modum. However, in the process I lost my access to the Ruckus Mobile App and my admin password no longer works.  What to do next in order to regain access? Wi-fi is working. Access to app is not.

Unable to see Switches in unleashed app

Hi There,   Hope you are well.  I recently had an issue not being able to get into my unleased App.  There was a post to resolve this and it is now working fine (Thank you Imran).  When i go intop the app it shows my WLAN, 2 AP's, # of users.  Howeve...

Ruckus switch not working

I had a power outage and trying to restore internet. Ruckus switch has orange and green light on but no activity at the 3 access points on each floor in my town house. This has happened before and it took several hours to work again.  Need help.
