Ruckus, I received a RMA switch from you this week but I was able to connect both AP's to internet via the switch. On the Unleashed page it shows the switch is DISCONNECTED.  None of the default passwords work.  Even after I conducted a HARD RESET.  ...

No power to AP’s from switch

-I’m in a Lennar home Canopy Grove Escondido, CA.   -cant access the switch since power outage. -ICX 7150-C12P with 2 wireless access points. -no power or lights on both access points.restart of power didn’t change anything.
