Internet going in and out

my Internet keeps going in and out, and I’m not able to login to the Unleashed portal to look at it because I was never able to set up a password or user ID with it saying that it had already been set up with the previous owners at the house

Resolved! Unable to boot ICX7150 to Switch Mode

I've had the known issue with a power outage where the ICX-7150 boots into Router mode intead of Switch mode. I've always been able to use the instructions below to get it back into Switch mode, with the intentions of fixing it for good at somepoint....
