No power to AP

We lost power yesterday and now our 3 APs won't work (no lights). We have reset the switch ICX 7150 at least 40 times. Sometimes it has the green power with amber system, and other times all the light get stuck in a continuous loop of blinking amber ...

ICX 7150-C12P power failure

ICX 7150-C12P power failure. Single flash of lights when plugged in, no response after. Tested outlet, power cable, multiple reset and hard reset. No success. No recent power issues at the wall, all other equipment in cabinet tested without problems....
