R510 red light won't go away

Acess point red light came on this weekend and will not go away. I have already reset the Internet, turn the power off and on, and switched ethernet cables, and the port on the router. Light still staying red.

Login to Unleased App

I am trying to log into the unleashed app manage network using the directions, using the admin user name and password. I am on the Lennar-xxxxxxxx wifi, and the message says I am not connected. I’m following the Lennar directions. Please help.
