Cat5 Cable Termination

I bought a Lennar home which was fully wired for the Ruckus access points. However, the cables were labeled but never terminated (connector adaptor for plugging into the modem). Who should homeowners contact to have the cables terminated?  Thank you.

Boxes aren’t working
