Resolved! Power outage seems to have disabled Rukus modem

We had power outage, now the Rukus modem will not start or reboot.  I unplugged for 30 seconds and plugged it in, the lights all flashed green then immediately turned off again. Do I need to replace the modem?  Trying to reset via the pin hole does n...
