Pinky, sorry for delayed response. I tried running the Upgrade Tool (MAC) today but it keeps saying "Unable to reach device." I'm wondering if my Xfinity Gateway router is blocking access...Any suggestions? I'm able to log into the switch with same IP and username/password from the same laptop I'm trying to use the upgrade tool on.

As per the case description, I could understand that you are facing difficulties upgrading the Switch.
Could you please use the IP address of the Switch to login to the web browser and confirm if you are able to access the Switch dashboard?
You should observe the Switch Dashboard, which should be visible upon accessing the appropriate IP address, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
Please let us know if you are able to access the dashboard with the obtained IP address.
Kindly request you to share the screenshot of the Switch dashboard after logging in with the username and the password.
Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
