I still cannot find a way to reply to all the email requests I'm getting getting from ruckus support

I keep getting email requests and replies from ruckus but every time I reply, the email bounces from no-reply.
How on earth do you interact with ruckus??

I cannot find the private chat icon that you displayed in your screenshot.
I believe I've logged in because it shows me all my posts.
I was requested to provide name, address etc for an rma. I've been trying to reply all morning.
