Ruckus missing

Bought a resale Lennar home, apparently the prior owner removed Ruckus, I was told it should be under warranty, is it possible to get a new unit, my WiFi is awful.

AP not sending signal.

The 3 AP’s in my home are not sending the signal to join the Wi-Fi. The 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHZ are not lit up either. Please tell me how to fix this issue.
