We lost power to the house and ever since, our WiFi signal has been very weak. In some rooms we don’t get any signal. I’ve unplugged everything and tried doing a reset. Not sure what else to do.
My Wi-Fi has been down for three weeks. During this time, I’ve tried resetting the box by pressing the reset button with a needle. I’ve already tried at least 25 times! Could you please DM me and arrange to replace the entire box?
I just did the upgrade and NEITHER Ruckus is active. There are NO lights on either Ruckus and on the Ruckus switch NEITHER Port is showing activity. The other ports have link lights. PLEASE HELP!!! I need this online ASAP!!The upgrade said succes...
