As per the case description, I understand that you have changed the modem from your Internet service provider and are facing issues logging in to the Unleashed network.

Could you please confirm if you have connected the new modem to one of the 12 ports of the Switch?

Also, please share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports.

For some reason it was tablet I was using or system didn't register. Worked after like 30 minutes.
