Resolved! ICX 7150-C12P Not Functioning

Hi,My ICX 7150-C12P doesn't seem to be working. I tried unplugging it and replugging it in, also while depressing the Reset Switch with a SIM Card Ejector. No lights are coming on.Should I RMA it via this website? https://support.ruckuswireless.com/c...

Ruckus setup

I had a change of WiFi recently and now am unable to setup my ruckus access points. Can someone please assist as I called customer service and they were unable to help. I have no idea what I’m doing
